2012 San Jose Jazz Summer Fest, August 10-12
Over 1000 jazz artists and 100,000 jazz music lovers converging on San Jose for a weekend of musical diversity, tradition, and innovation. From Friday afternoon to Sunday evening, music lovers converge on the heart of Silicon Valley to enjoy three days of jazz, blues, salsa, latin, R&B, electronica and many other forms of contemporary music.
Jazz is the basis for most of the popular music of today, and the Summer Fest showcases that breadth. Like the tradition of innovation here in Silicon Valley, jazz composition and performance continue to evolve and change. During the three days of the festival, the cravings of even the most diverse music lover can get satisfied. The headliners of the 2012 Summer Fest will be announced in June.
